Karma Climbing Center – Reception as the Hub of Customer Service & Communication
The reception area was designed for a high-traffic environment where durability and functionality are just as important as aesthetics. Its modern form and well-thought-out technical solutions support efficient customer service.
The focal point of the space is a reception desk made of veneered plywood and Swiss Krono fronts in a warm maple tone. The composition is complemented by a dark countertop with a contrasting upper structure, giving the space a refined, contemporary character.
The interior was designed with workplace ergonomics in mind – featuring Blum Tandembox drawer systems that ensure smooth and quiet operation. The geometry of the desk, combined with industrial finishes, creates a cohesive and modern look.
Beyond its functional role, the reception also serves a strategic purpose – it is the first point of contact between the client and the brand. With a prominently displayed logo and carefully crafted form, the space becomes an integral part of the visual identity of the Karma Climbing Center.
